Proclaim Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Referral Program Overview

    The Proclaim Referral Program, powered by ReferralCandy, rewards existing customers ("Referrers") for referring new customers ("Friends") to purchase the Proclaim Oral Health System. Referrers will receive a $100 reward via PayPal for each successful referral, and Friends will receive a $200 discount on their purchase.

  2. Eligibility

    • The Friend must be a new customer who has not previously purchased any Proclaim products.
    • Referrers cannot refer themselves. Any self-referral will not be eligible for rewards.

  3. Referral Process

    • The Referrer must share their unique referral link with their Friends.
    • Friends must use the unique referral link to make a purchase on the Proclaim website.
    • Friends will receive a $200 discount on their purchase, which is based on the $899 MSRP. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers.

  4. Reward Details

    • Referrers will earn $100 for each Friend who makes a qualifying purchase using the Referrer's unique link.
    • A qualifying purchase is defined as a completed purchase of the Proclaim Oral Health System, with no cancellations within 60 days of the order date.
    • Referrer rewards will be issued 60 days after the qualifying purchase has been made and confirmed.

  5. Payment Terms

    • Rewards will be paid out to Referrers 60 days after the Friend's order is placed, provided the order is not canceled within that period.
    • Payments will be made via PayPal to the Referrer during the referral program registration.

  6. Additional Terms

    • The $200 discount code provided to Friends is valid only for the purchase of the Proclaim Oral Health System and cannot be applied to other products or services.
    • Referrals made through any form of spam or unsolicited email will be disqualified.
    • Proclaim reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Friend from the referral program at any time if there is any suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.
    • Proclaim reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    • Proclaim is not responsible for any technical issues, malfunctions, or problems that may result in the failure to properly track or credit referrals.
    • In no event shall Proclaim be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the referral program.

  8. General

    • By participating in the Proclaim Referral Program, Referrers and Friends agree to these terms and conditions.
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Proclaim operates.
